This week marks 17 weeks and a little baby bump is starting to grow. It usually starts out small in the mornings, but definitely fills out by the end of the day. I don't mind it being bigger in the evenings because that almost always guarantees me a seat on the subway. I am feeling little flutters of the baby moving around - mostly in the mornings and after a big meal.
My bump looks bigger to me in person than it does in pictures. And it certainly feels bigger when I try to squeeze into my regular jeans. Most of my clothes still fit, but I find leggings and long sweaters to be more forgiving. I tried out the maternity jeans this week and they were so much more comfortable than my regular jeans unbuttoned.
